Terms and conditions :
These T & Cs apply to sales transactions between SARL La Pendine and its private customers.
Each client acknowledges having the ability to make any reservation with the hotel, namely:
- have legal majority and not be under guardianship or curatorship -
PRICES
All prices shown are in € uros and VAT included (so all taxes included)
Rates communicated on the hotel's website are subject to change without notice,
only the price indicated on the booking confirmation will be contractual.
When invoicing the reserved services, the visitor's tax will be added
any other additional services (not included in the reservation).

Following your request (as indicated above), a corresponding accommodation proposal and rate, you will be made.
By mutual agreement, we will put an option on the proposed room (s) for 3 days.
If you confirm your agreement within 3 days, we will ask you for a deposit. **
No response from you within 3 days, the option will be waived and the room (s) given (s) for sale.
** Any reservation will be final only after payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay
(by check, credit card or bank transfer) which will be deducted at the end of the stay,
but will remain our property in case of cancellation or reduction of stay whatever the cause.
The deposit with written confirmation, must be paid within ten years after acceptance of our proposal.
In some cases, for any cancellation more than 21 days before the reserved stay and subject to presentation of a proof
of cancellation, the down payments will be postponed on a possible next stay during the season,
according to our availability and the price conditions of the new dates.
Special case: For the reservation of one night, the total price of the room will be requested.
For the reservation of 2 nights, the amount of one night will be required.
Reservation modification
Any reservation modification request (dates, number of people, number of rooms ....) Must be formulated in the
best delay and at the latest 48 hours before your arrival, under penalty of refusal of the hotelier.
Any reservation can be modifiable, that according to our availabilities, and after written validation of the customer
who will eventually accept new conditions (type of accommodation, rates ....)
OUR SERVICES
To be defined when booking:
Room only / Room and breakfast (b & b)
Half-board / full board (only for a certain period, see details on our fee schedule)
Half board includes: night, dinner (set menu), breakfast
Half - board in short stay "up to 3 days" is proposed to you with dinner "à la carte":
(3 starters to choose from - 3 courses to choose from - dessert or ... Mountain specialty - dessert)
BILLING
During your stay, all extras and restaurant surcharges ... bar ... and other, will have to be paid directly.
However, at your request, they can also be billed on your hotel bill and invoiced.
complementary and comprehensive with the services booked (room / breakfast, half-board, pension ...)
N The amount of the sums due for your stay, will be paid every weekend, upon presentation of our invoice,
by the means at your convenience.
Payment method accepted: (check, cash, credit cards, amex, checks - holidays)
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
The day of your arrival, we will endeavor to put at your disposal the room (s) reserved,
at the earliest, as soon as they are available, but they can not be required before 1:30 pm
On the day of departure, they must be released by 10:30; you can leave your luggage safely at the hotel ...
Case of force majeure:
Force majeure means any event external to the parties, presenting a character, both unpredictable
and insurmountable which prevents, either the customer or the hotelier, to ensure all or part of the obligations provided.
It is expressly agreed that the case of force majeure suspends for the parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations,
and that each party will bear the burden of the expenses arising therefrom.
In particular, customers will bear the additional costs that could be incurred to
continuation of their journey, following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Hotel declines any responsibility in the event of theft, loss, degradation during the stay, effects belonging to the guests.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, degradation and / or vandalism that may occur due to
the occupancy of the premises or by the participants and / or staff under its care, both movable property, decoration
or real estate. As a result, the hotel management can ask the customer to leave the establishment urgently,
without any refund of stay in course or compensation, and to reimburse the damages caused by his actions.
The Hotel can not be held responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked outside the hotel.
Our animal friends (regardless of species and size) are not accepted in the establishment (hotel and restaurant) ....
Computing and Freedom
In application of the law L.78-17 of January 06th, 1978, the customer is informed that the information with nominative communicated,
are subject to computer processing, unless expressly opposed by him.
The customer has at any time a right of access, rectification or deletion.
The information that is requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of your request,
and have for single recipient, the Hotel Restaurant La Pendine in Puy St Vincent (05290) concerned by the said request.
DIFFERENT
Any different, any claim or any dispute, relating to the modalities of reservation of a stay and / or room of hotel,
is subject to French law.
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
This is so for the substantive rules as for the rules of form.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
